- SBStephanie BaptisteAug 14, 20251.0With 10+ years of retail experience I hate to leave a bad review, but I’m so disheartened with the customer service I received. A sales associate told my friends (paying customers btw) that they closed at 9pm. We come back at 7:45pm so I can try ONE top on and purchase it. That same associate turns me away from the fitting room because they actually closed at 8pm. Rather than owning the mistake she made and letting me take 2 minutes to try a top on, I suffered the consequence. Also failed to tell us the fitting room closes earlier than the shop hours. So even if she did tell us the right time, we would’ve been turned down regardless. Just a really disappointing experience.
