  I came to this store with my daughter to find her homecoming dress, and our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn’t acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick “I’ll be right with you,” but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff—acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

  I took my (very picky) teenage daughter to look for her Homecoming dress. After trying on about a dozen dresses, she came home with three options! But it was only because Akira was so helpful with looking for the sizes we needed and went above and beyond by suggesting a few dresses in similar styles that my daughter was looking for. She was very professional and patient. You can tell she is passionate about her job and takes pride in her role. Alexander, the gentleman at the cash register, was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely only shop at this Windsor location!

  I went into the store over the weekend and was looking For a dress the manager, she was everything she was awesome a tentative and helped me pick my outfit. Her personality is outstanding. You guys have the best manager there with her. She engages with her customers

  Came in to return something and there was only 2 parties ahead of me in line. However, the cashier decided it was appropriate to do a full on personal shopping session with the person at the register. Grabbing her different items from the back and different shoes to try on in the middle of checking her out. I’ve been in line for over 20 minutes just watching this play out. Cashiers need to instruct customers to step out of line to do all of this so that they can move the line along. Waste of time for everyone waiting.

  I came here to find my courthouse wedding dress and I had the worst experience. I have honestly never been treated this way. After going to another store in the mall and finding a dress I decided to go into Windsor. I found a dress that could have also could have been the one. I decided to get a second opinion because I couldn’t decide. I approached someone working there and as soon as I started asking for a second opinion she acted so uninterested. At this point I was honestly pretty embarrassed about even trying to ask in the first place because of the way she was acting. She even rolled her eyes and I just ended up walking away after she gave me a blunt answer. I would have purchased the dress however after she gave me attitude I did not feel like doing so. I would have written down her name here in the reviews however I did not think about it at the moment.
