- KMKristina Miller3 days ago1.0Waited over TWO hours in line for the fitting room. There was no dress limit, people butting in line. Apparently it was like this last year as well. Do better as a company. Prepare for the busy homecoming season. There has to be a better solution. Add more temporary fitting rooms for this time of year, something has to give. What REALLY set me over the edge, as soon as we got a fitting room-a worker was hollering about how they were now soon going to be closing and to be courteous of those still in line. I’m sorry- but where was that when we first got in line and waited forever. Enough people will hopefully complain for the company to recognize this. DO BETTER WNDSOR!

As we got close to the dressing room, we could tell what was taking so long, some girls were taking 10-15 dresses at a time, having their parents/friends going to grab more dresses. No employees monitoring the line or the number of dresses. When you only have 5 dressing rooms, you owe it to your customers to keep that line moving and enforce your 6 dress limit. Disappointed!
- JKJason KingstonApr 15, 20251.0These people sold my daughter a prom dress by talking her into a dress that was 5 sizes too small by telling her that she could get it altered. We took it to a seemstress and she was appalled that these people would tell her such lies. We paid $240 for the NON-REFUNDABLE dress. I am absolutely disgusted and angry. I would not recommend these untruthful con artists to anyone looking for a dress. Or anything else for that matter. Now we are dress shopping a month away from her prom for another dress. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting. I can't wait for the cliche computer generated BS response about how they strive for excellence and their team will look into it and how sorry they are.
