  My friend and I recently visited the store. We spent our day at the mall finding a concert outfit. I purchased some items from Windsor and went on to find another outfit elsewhere. When returning to Windsor to return my items the manager and employee were nothing working the register. The manager took my bag and said that the hat that I bought less than an hour ago couldn’t be returned. I’ve read the policy and nowhere does it say hats cannot be returned. But quickly as she said that the manager then ran to the back to let her employee deal with it. I stood there quietly and allowed the lady, “April” to exchange the certain other items that were deemed acceptable. Because if it’s company policy then who am I to argue, right? At the end of our interaction I thanked Mrs. April for handling the situation professionally and told her I would have LOVED to have had a conversation about all of this instead but she was too busy hiding in the back. So here we are. Unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior.

  I regularly shop there in longview and never have a bad experience. Today I had Bonnie who is always so sweet and helpful but I've had the other nice lady help me before and their customer service is amazing

  We drove from Shreveport to Longview to shop for homecoming. My daughter tried on at least 20 dresses. Natalie was extremely helpful with picking out styles that might fit my daughter, putting away the dresses my daughter decided she did not want, and processing a return we had from online. Although, it was a long day of homecoming shopping, we did find the perfect safe green dress. Next time we have a formal event, we will start at Windsor in Longview instead of shopping on line. Plus, we got out of there spending less than $75!
