- LZL. ZambOct 5, 20251.0We came into the store around 6:35 PM, and when we asked to use a fitting room, the staff said they were already closed because the store closes at 7:00 PM. That’s disappointing — even if it’s 15 or 20 minutes before closing, they could simply let customers know they have a few minutes to try things on instead of refusing. If fitting rooms close early, the store should clearly inform shoppers when they walk in. Turning people away before closing time is poor practice for a clothing store — it defeats the purpose of shopping in person to find the right fit.

Apparently, they were closing the change rooms at 3:30pm, even though people were in there. No sign or anything. We first asked to try a dress on and was yelled at, "No, change rooms are closed." Ok, kind of confusing since people were in there changing and again, no signs. How are we supposed to know? Rude tone, but fine. Then another lady asked and was yelled at! She then confronted them and said, "You did not have to speak to me in such a way. You don't have to be rude. Then a different staff member with the butterfly chest tattoo yelled back at her and said, "Just leave the store!! Bye!! BYE! It felt so awkward, and I felt bad for the lady. We could not believe the treatment of customers from the staff here on this Sunday afternoon. They were so rude, not just to her, but to many people. Managers should be aware of this behavior. Never mind, no customer service! It is just so disgustingly rude and an awful atmosphere. We are never coming back to this location again.
