I like my stuff but the store says it closes at 7 pm on Sundays but at 6 pm there is no way to get to the store. The mall shuts down..

If i could give zero stars i would. The last time i shopped at Windsor (maybe 3 weeks ago) i had an amazing experience with the manager Keira and all of the employees. However, earlier when i went into the store i asked the employees where Keira was, and i sadly got told she left. I’m a regular at Mesa Mall so i always like making personal relationships at each store i frequent. When i met the new manager Shellby, she was somewhat kind upfront but while I was shopping I later heard her Loudly making rude remarks about the other customer’s appearance and purchases giggling with the boy behind the register. I understand high school drama being in stores from well the high schoolers, but personally witnessing a woman in her 40s making fun of other girls for their size was absolutely distasteful. Sad to say I will only be returning when she’s not in the store if at all.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to shop in a reality TV series, this is the place! I went in shopping for a wedding i am attending in a couple weeks as this is one of the only stores around town that i’ve found comfortable, affordable, and cute clothing. I won’t be returning after this experience.
The “managers” are sitting behind the counter giggling and talking about their own employees as if they were not 5 feet away. While I was shopping there was one girl scrapping off mirrors and cleaning them, I then watched a taller lady (who i assume is the manager) walk up to the one cleaning mirrors and say “that looks like a terrible job to be doing” and walk away back to the computer laughing and do nothing, instead of being sarcastic you could take the extra time to help the other employees.
Once I was in the fitting rooms it all got worse… As I was trying on dresses I couldn’t help but overhear some employees walking past and literally talking down about the same employees trying to clean the store. Making small comments and then laughing about the other employees.
And if you thought that talking rude about their own employees was bad, just imagine them laughing at the customers the same way. Oh wait! They were doing that too! I could hear them giggling and laughing about the clothes that customers were buying.
Moral of the story is that unless you want to be put down and belittled while in this store, definitely do not shop here or work here.

I used to love coming to this Windsor. Just a month ago, the employees were so sweet and helpful super friendly, made the shopping experience fun and easy. But when I came back recently, it was like a completely different store.
All the staff seem new, and unfortunately, they were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. No one greeted me when I walked in. They were all crowded behind the register talking trash about customers and laughing way too loudly. I saw one girl with dark hair roll her eyes at a customer who asked a basic question about sizing. Another employee, a skinny girl with short hair acted completely annoyed when I asked if a dress was available in a different size she just shrugged and walked away without saying a word.
It was honestly uncomfortable to be in the store. The energy was tense, messy, and chaotic. The change in staff has totally ruined the atmosphere. I ended up leaving without buying anything, which never used to happen.
Windsor corporate needs to seriously look into what’s going on here. This used to be a great location now I’d rather shop online than deal with this kind of attitude.

I went to this store on August 12th. Around 2:30pm with my cousin and two daughters. We were looking around and my daughter (4 years old) was mimicking me looking at the dresses and touches them saying oooh shiny, or (wow pretty for mommy). When an employee with short blonde hair and a tattoo on her tigh very rudly said. "Tell the kid to stop touching all the dresses". With a raised voice. I didnt understand what the difference was between me and my cousin touching them vs her. I do understand if they wanted her to stop. Just because they knew she wouldnt be buying them but i would have appreciated she asked in a different way. For example "excuse me ma'am can u please tell the child to please stop touching all the dresses" or maybe next time just put up a sign. "No children welcome" because they clearly arent. My daughter did not break or drop anything. We did buy 2 dresses from there. When i asked for this employees name she smirked at me and i once again asked excuse me what is ur name and she said i dont have to tell u that. Will never be shopping there again. If you have children i reccomend you do not shop here either.
