  Cute dresses terrible employees Angelica was rude when I asked for a simple favor (her job)she looked annoyed and told us to put away something we had gotten and left hanging on one of the racks.Yes most people don’t like to go to work but it doesn’t hurt to be nice somewhere that their paying you. If you don’t like to talk to people or get annoyed maybe don’t work there! spoke to her as nicely as possible at checkout when paying she said to me and my family where we had left merchandise we tried on but didn’t like (hinting that we stole but we didn’t) I don’t normally do this but really infuriated me while she was rude toward us and they way she treated us.Didn’t take me long to write but hopefully they tell her something because she shouldn’t be rude to anyone

  Super cute store with a lot of options in many sizes!! The employees were also very kind when my friend accidentally spilled her drink all over the floor and were quick to clean it and not judgy of her.

  My girls were looking for dresses. I asked an employee (fitting room gal) a simple question & she was so rude, answered like if we were bothering her. We waited in line to try clothes on. She kept on walking by us, placing clothes back where we were almost bumping into us and acting as if we were in her way. Bad customer service! We didn’t buy anything.

  Poor customer service. 1st day they told me they didn't have my size so I got a size larger. Then the next day, I went to a different Windsor location & they said the only store that had my size is at Valley Fair. So I went back to purchase the dress and the lady told me I could return the other size dress. I explained I did remove the tag but did not wear the dress & she said that's fine so I purchased the new size. When I came back the 3rd time to return the dress, they wouldn't allow me & gave me a hard time. Even accusing me of wearing the dress saying it smells like perfume. The audacity. I didn't catch her name but she has long dark hair and a big attitude. She was rude and accusatory & left me feeling disgusted by their actions. Eye rolls & so judgemental for no reason.
