  the girls working when my mother and i went in were super sweet. showed me so many options for my occasions coming up and they helped me put something on hold at another windsor store. very helpful and sweet!

  I’ve been dress shopping for a couple weeks now and I honestly haven’t been having the best luck finding a dress but I also haven’t had the experience with staff, as soon as I walk into Windsor I could tell it was different. All the girls I interacted with were friendly and genuine interested in my wants and needs! They spent a while picking out dresses for and listened to my opinions and they genuinely made me feel beautiful. It’s the first time I felt comfortable in my own skin, while trying things on! I’m so excited to wear this dress to my 25th birthday party. Thank you so much to both Julia’s, and the managers Sabrina and JC. Will definitely be back to buy more dresses and jewelry for my next events!

  Came to the store with a friend to help her get some dresses. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and in the end, we were satisfied with the product we got! Huge thanks to Jacey for being so helpful and assisting us with everything that we needed! Also a shoutout to Helen for helping out as well! 5/5!

  I had to return something for my wife. The store manager Nick and district manager Kelly were super helpful and accommodating. Really liked the customer service they provided. I walked in feeling not so good and walked out feeling great!
