  I went to this store looking for a dress for an important upcoming event, and the service was absolutely terrible. No one greeted me or even looked my way when I entered or as I wandered the store looking at dresses. I had several dresses piled in my arms and had to hunt down an associate to ask for a dressing room. The employee just said sure, walked me to the dressing room, put the number on the door and walked away. Didn't ask what I was looking for, if I needed anything else, or help with the million of straps on the dresses. No one checked on me, and when I was done trying them on, no one was visible to return the dresses to. I had such high hopes of finding my dress here, but the service was so awful that I'm not sure I would have purchased it even if I had found it.

  Was in the store last night with my daughter and Julia was so patient with her. Looking around for dresses for her and being honest and sincere in the choices she would bring to the change room. We ended up buying the first one she got. Thank you so much for help Julia! Also wanted to extend a thank you to Mena who was also helpful and kind at cash. Thank you ladies for making a girls night and grad :)

  We were in the store on Friday shopping for my daughter's graduation dress and Mena was very helpful! Even though it was very busy, she took the time to help my daughter decide on a dress and was very attentive. We finally found the shoes and jewelery to go with the dress and it looks stunning! Thank you Mena for your amazing service, greatly appreciate it. Will definitely be back!

  I went here today and there were really cute clothes but not much selection for smaller sizes in my opinion. I saw two tops I liked and they only had sizes medium and up. When I asked if they had a smaller size when attempting to try on the medium they practically rolled their eyes at me and said no, not even bothering to check. I understand if they had already checked earlier in the day but they didn’t give me any context. None of the employees were friendly and barely looked me in the eyes when I spoke to them as if they thought they were above me or something. Overall this was a bad first experience and I doubt I will be returning.

  Really liked the items in here came for an outfit for Taylor tonight. I purchased a 80 dollar dress. The employees were not very friendly I had better customer service going into the fast fashion stores in the same mall before hand looking to be honest….. a bit disappointing. I didn’t look the best as I got last minute tickets and had to run to the mall to find an outfit I have a feeling that has to do why I was not greeted because I saw other people were. In the fitting room others were checked on I was not… Not a smile while she cashed me out either…. Keep in mind it was not busy at all in the store either. just a bit disappointing even leaving my boyfriend said wow those girls did not like us …..
