Amary was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find a last-minute outfit and made the whole experience quick and stress-free.

This is by far the worst store I’ve ever shopped at. The staff and customer service were terrible. When I tried to make a purchase, the attitude I received made me feel judged and completely unwelcome. I’ll be returning everything I bought, and I will never shop here again. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Imagine in 2025 we’re still exercising blatant racism for no reason. Friday October 10th I witnessed a disturbing example of this at your store . Two customers( two young women of colour) were returning one small item each and were asked to show the entire transaction history on their phones, including their cards, as if they were being investigated. Meanwhile, a non-person-of-colour beside them was doing a larger exchange for over 200$+ and faced none of that scrutiny.
I understand that stores have procedures for returns but when those “procedures” are only enforced selectively based on someone’s skin colour, that’s not policy. That’s profiling. It’s degrading, and it has no place in a professional retail environment in 2025.
I hope management reviews their training and reminds their staff that fairness and respect should apply to everyone, not just some. This kind of bias intentional or not creates lasting harm and pushes communities away from your business.

The workers here are so helpful especially Bella! I had to pick a dress for a wedding and she was running back and fourth picking out dresses, she was honest with what colours and lengths suited me and what shoes i should wear with it. If you go here and are in any kind of predicament ASK FOR BELLA!!!
