Extremely Toxic and Unprofessional Work Environment – Serious Concerns
This particular windsor location is by far the most unprofessional and toxic workplace I have ever encountered—both as a former employee and in observing its customer interactions. Unfortunately, the term “toxic” barely scratches the surface of the dysfunction and mistreatment that occurs here.
During my time working at this store, I experienced severe workplace harassment and bullying, much of it instigated or enabled by both staff and management. I was frequently mocked, talked about openly within earshot, and unfairly blamed for issues that were beyond my control. Rather than fostering a supportive team environment, management allowed—and at times participated in—a culture of exclusion, gossip, and intimidation.
Customer service was not a priority for the team. Staff members often ignored customers, spoke poorly about them within close range, and engaged in unprofessional behavior on the sales floor—such as eating, chatting by the fitting rooms, always on their phones in front of customers and neglecting basic duties. The atmosphere was consistently tense and unwelcoming, for both customers and employees. One time, there was a incident where an employee was having a yelling match with a customer over something as little as the fitting rooms being full.
One of the most concerning aspects of this store is the complete lack of accountability. Employees who voiced concerns or spoke out against inappropriate behavior were often isolated and targeted. This retaliatory culture has contributed to high turnover, with multiple employees resigning due to the hostile work environment. Despite repeated incidents and ongoing complaints, upper management has failed to intervene or implement any meaningful changes.
Even more troubling is that many customer reviews echo similar experiences—poor service, rude behavior, and a lack of professionalism from the staff. For a company rooted in retail and customer service, the continued neglect of both employee welfare and customer satisfaction is deeply alarming.
Windsor as a brand needs to take immediate, decisive action to investigate and address these systemic issues. This location is in urgent need of leadership reform, accountability, and a complete culture reset.

Esmeralda, quien nos asesoró tan espectacular, con referencia a que vestidos elegir convidando zapatos y accesorios, hizo junto a una de las chicas, un excelente trabajo en asegurar de que mi hija se enamore completamente de los vestidos que eligió.
