  I had such a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and helpful ( especially Youki, who helped me find the perfect dress for homecoming). The selection was beautiful, and I felt amazing in my outfit. Definitely recommend this place.

  I found my absolute dream homecoming dress from your store, I couldn’t be happier. Also wanted to thank Youki who patiently waited for me to try on all the dresses and at the end helped me make the final decision. Will for sure come back!

  I had such a great experience shopping at Windsor thanks to Youki! I came in not really sure what I wanted, but he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. He listened to what I was looking for, asked helpful questions about the occasion, and pulled several options that fit my style and budget. What really stood out was how patient and kind he was during the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his honest feedback made me feel confident in my choice. Finding the right dress can be stressful, but with his help it felt easy and fun. Youki’s level of customer service was outstanding—he was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me leave with something I loved. Shopping experiences like this are rare, and he made mine such a positive one. If you’re shopping at Windsor, I highly recommend asking for Youki. He made my day and I’ll definitely be coming back because of him!

  I love the clothes here. They fit in with all the trends and they have pretty much something for everyone. They even have formal dresses in the back which just adds to the experience. I am graduated from high school, but still wanted some dresses to look pretty some times and they had the best options. I got 2 longer dresses and they fit me so well and I got my exact size so easily due to the workers being there to guide me. There was a specific worker named naomi who was telling me more detailed information about the sizing and how to style these pieces. She ended up getting me to buy some shoes there too that were super cute and versatile. Soooo great!

  If I could give a million stars I would!! My sister and I went dress shopping for her homecoming, and we were lucky enough to cross paths with the handsome young devil: Youki. From the second we walked in, Youki treated my sister like absolute royalty. He didn’t just find her a dress—he orchestrated an experience. He had this sixth sense for knowing exactly what would look good on her, pulling styles that we never would’ve considered but somehow fit like they were designed just for her. He wasn’t just handing out dresses, he was crafting confidence, sparkle, and straight-up magic. Youki hyped her up like she was stepping onto a red carpet instead of a high school gym floor. The way he knew every single detail about fit, color palettes, accessories—let’s just say he could put entire fashion weeks out of business. My sister went in nervous, unsure, and a little overwhelmed. She walked out glowing, strutting like she was about to headline her own runway show. If there were an Olympics for customer service, Youki would have more gold medals than Michael Phelps. If there were a Grammy for style advice, Beyoncé would be handing it to him. He’s THAT good. Bottom line: if you ever need a dress, for any occasion, run—don’t walk—to see Youki. He doesn’t just help you pick a dress. He changes your whole vibe. He’s not just an employee—he’s a miracle worker. My sister is going to have the most unforgettable homecoming night, and it’s all thanks to him.
