I found Window World through the Better Business Bureau and they had a great rating, which is why I reached out to them in the beginning. Mark explained the window replacement process thoroughly, was up front, and very communicative. Lois was very helpful whenever I reached out with questions. Mynor and his team were professional and got the job done swiftly. We love our new windows!

They gave me an install date and was promt with their time.Sal and 2 other people installed a huge bay window for me and they were very professional and just all around nice guys.they did phenomenal trim work inside and outside.the trim is so tight on the inside that I don't have to caulk much at all,just wood putty the nail holes and paint.i will always recommend window world.

He was very knowledgeable about the different products and offered his opinion about certain things. He answered all the questions I had about the texture and quality of the products and the installation process. On July 24, 2025, the installer, Mynor, and his crew, came to my home to replace the sliding door. They were very professional, organized, careful, and friendly. You could see how they cared about the quality of their work every step of the way. They were very careful when removing the 52-year old, heavy metal door and also when installing the new one. They continuously cleaned up as they went along and when everything was completed, they did a thorough cleanup both inside and outside my home. Mynor and his crew were AMAZING! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS because 5 is not enough!! I had a great experience with Window World! I got a beautiful, good quality, new sliding door at a very reasonable price when compared to other companies! Family, friends and neighbors have complimented on the remodel. I am spreading the word about Window World to anyone that needs a sliding door or window replacement!!

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All windows and patio doors we sell come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and a repair labor guarantee, good for as long as you own your home! Contact us or see our warranties page for more details.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. You are always welcome to contact us for help.
