When ordering our last windows it took longer than we thought, that was my only disappointment. It was due to matching wood frame I believe. I hope we don’t need any more for awhile. But I do recommend them. I hear they do roofs now too!

The term “Any Size” refers to any size replacement double hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently, this is a minimum width and height of 15″ X 26″ and a maximum of 48″ X 78″. “Installed” refers to the removal of a basic double-hung wooden window and installing your new Window World double hung replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
Most of the time, we installed our windows from the inside. But on occasion, it may be necessary to install from the outside.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Yes, Window World of Paducah installs replacement windows over the entire year. Our professional installers are trained to minimize heating/cooling loss while they complete the job. The energy savings from the new windows will recover any additional costs incurred within a few days.

How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
