  I requested my doors to be measured for entrance and storm doors. The 2 people that came out, Jeriot and Kevin, were the best; they were great. They answered all of my questions in full details. I enjoyed talking with them. They made me feel very comfortable being around them. They weren't pushy in trying to sell me anything. I wish all salesmen were like them. With all that being said, I'm getting the doors I want. Thank you, Jeriot and Kevin.

  Jeriot Sales was a great representative for windows world. He made my buying experience very easy and comfortable with no pressure. I am excited to get my new energy efficient lifetime warranty door.

  Window World is a great company and the entire process from the "sales pitch" in my living room to the installation felt very natural and efficient. Additionally, the entire process was complete in less than 6 weeks (including the production of the custom windows). I never felt pressure to "sign a deal," and the prices were far better than the competitors! The installation was the best part! The three installers were done in less than 4 hours and each installer knew exactly what their role was so that no one was wasting time standing around. While two installers were fitting a new window into the wall, the other installer was taking down blinds, prepping the old windows for removal, caulking new windows, or throwing trash away. I was very impressed with the entire process and I would highly recommend Window World to anyone that might ask!

  Jeriot was my sales associate. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He presented a very detailed demonstration of how the windows work and what they are made of. Thank you Jeriot!

  Disaster…unless you’re willing to fight. Jeriot provided a good example and explanation of the workmanship and plan of install. They scheduled an install date and when they were 30 minutes late we called them to find out the truck broke down and they had NO other option but to reschedule. The next planned date…after an hour and half late we called. They finally showed, a hour and fifteen minutes after that, and told numerous lies as to why.The installation was awful plus one of the installers smoked constantly. It was 100 degrees outside and they pulled out multiple windows at one time only to work on something else. When their person came out to inspect the windows…they required a total reinstall due to the light coming in around the windows! The installers didn’t have any shims to make them square and no foam to fill in the gaps. No towels/rags, and no window cleaner. After numerous arguments and threats, they decided to do a complete reinstall. The second time a different crew done a better job, due to our presence and taking pictures. I feel as if Jeriot did not advocate for me, but talked a good sales pitch. The windows look beautiful and the did finally install them properly.
