- KAKatie Adkins4 days ago3.0The sales portion of our window shopping experience was good. Our windows came in a few weeks sooner than anticipated which we were thrilled about. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the installation process. We had 10 windows installed in about 4 1/2 hrs. The men installing the windows reeked of cigarette smoke and often took smoke breaks. I’m not against taking breaks as this is very labor-intensive work. But the cigarette smell lingered in my home all day. I have asthma and I have a small toddler at home that was breathing that in all day. I was expecting our new, expensive windows, to be clean appearing after installation. There’s a lot of residue of some sort smeared on each window. The drywall also appears to have been cracked next to one of our windows during installation (see below).

We were happy with our sales person and the quote, which was 3 times less than another company out there. The man they had come to install our sliding doors was skilled, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything when he was done. He installed both doors all by himself! I was amazed. He even helped me with my runaway dog.

They were on time and well prepared. They kept the work area super clean and also kept me informed. Definitely would recommend.
