  I'm loving my new Window World windows. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the process. My salesman, Derek Hightower, is exceptional and Orlando and his installation team were awesome. They were polite, professional, efficient, and cleaned up after installation.

  Had 9 of our windows replaced. Great experience and price! The team from sales to install were all fantastic. It has only been a week or two since install, but I would recommend!

  The sliding door glass was shattered. Repair was quick and repairman/installer (Marco?) did an excellent job keeping the shards of glass to a minimum. He also called first thing in the morning and kept me updated on his arrival window.

  I am very satisfied with the service I received from Window World and I absolutely love my new windows! There were a few minor mishaps along the way, but Jake made everything right. He even went above and beyond by fixing my front door — I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Jake and the entire Window World team!

  Window World has been great! Mathew our sales guy is confident in the product without being pushy. All 34 windows for our home were ordered and installed within 4 weeks. The installers arrived around 10:45 a.m. and left by 6:00 p.m. They were nice, professional, and very hard working. They did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. Our new windows look beautiful and Window Worlds customer service has been excellent.Living in South Texas with 36 year old single pane aluminum windows was not exactly energy efficient, so we are very happy with our new beautiful energy efficient windows!
