  Window world totally stood behind its product and its warranty. I am very happy after 10 years they came out replaced the one window. Best of all William came out to do the replacement and was very friendly and good at what he does, he was very thorough and while here he fixed another issue on a different window that was not sure how they would do it. I highly recommend them and can say they truly honor the warranty and made it real easy for us.

  I would do everything you can to avoid this company. It has been well over 6 months and 7 attempts at replacing a single window and they keep getting the measurements wrong and showing up with the wrong size. Each time they swear up and down that they will make it right and the person who was out last must not have known what they were doing. After 7 failed attempts and zero urgency or meaningful attempts to actually make it right, I think not knowing what they’re doing is a company-wide issue. Edit to add: before WW replies with “‘management has been made aware and will contact you” know that I’ve called every week for the past 3 weeks but “Stacey” is never available and has not called me back despite the promises that she will.

  We had Window World put new windows in our entire house 3 years ago. Recently we noticed specs on the window that turned out to be between the panes. We notified Window World and sent them a picture of. They said they’d replace it. Their tech, Travis, just left, he replaced the glass (a 2 pane unit) in about 30 minutes, cleaned up and did a great job.

  I am not impressed with this company just after trying to make an appointment for an estimate. I filled out the form on the site, set my appt for 6pm on a Mon. I then received a call from an appt setter and they said since I only wanted to replace a patio door that the only time they can come for an estimate is at 12pm. They will not do an appointment for any other time unless I am doing more than just replacing a single door. I wont do business with a company if they only want to meet with me if I am replacing all my windows or doing siding. I will look elsewhere.

  In March, we ordered windows and were told it would be approximately 6 weeks until install. After one excuse after another, they were not installed until June. At install, the crew worked quickly and were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. However I noticed 3 of our windows were not correct. They were supposed to open, and they did not. I asked the install crew leader and he just shrugged saying he was told to install the windows on his truck. I reached out to my salesman who assured me it would get resolved. It is now almost four months later, and we have yet to have our correct windows or the refund we were promised. In August I reached out to our salesman, his supervisor and the corporate office just requesting a refund and our contract closed, no one even responded to me. Just know that if you choose Window World, the windows are nice and high quality, but the company only wants your money and won’t help you if there is any problems.
