The consultation was easy and helpful in deciding what to choose. While waiting for windows to come in the company updated me on where we were in the process. Once the windows were in they worked to set up an installation time ASAP. The installation crew was very nice, knowledgeable and communicated throughout the installation on how it was going. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me all the completed work and made sure I knew how to open and work the window.
