Never had ANY issues. The price was amazing compared to many other companies, they guys were professional and years later I’m still loving them. They did a great job for us!

I was prepared to live with it as is was hardly noticeable. When the order arrived the window was noticeably different than the one previous installed. Upon calling this location I found that the factory had misinformed us a bit. Window world put a rush on the replacement and not only fixed their mistake they offered to fix mine. The different profile grids were an additional cost which they ate for me and also gave me the window that they delivered. I'm not sure what I'll do with it but it will stand as a reminder that good service and logical business isn't dead. Thank you window world for being ethical, friendly, and helpful. I will order again.

What is a virtual consultation?
A virtual consultation is our way of practicing social distancing and self-isolation while still allowing you to keep your home improvement projects moving.
During your virtual consultation, you will talk one-on-one, via video chat, with a Window World design consultant. He or she will discuss your home project, your goals, and help you determine which Window World products and styles will help you meet those goals.
Where are Window World windows manufactured?
Our windows are manufactured by Associated Materials Incorporated (AMI), which is located in Akron, Ohio. AMI was founded in 1947 and is one of the largest replacement window manufacturers in the world.

What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All of our Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty which includes a lifetime glass breakage and seal failure warranty.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don’t necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. In the rare occasion that you do have a problem with your Window World replacement windows, we recommend that you visit our Virtual Repair Center or contact your local Window World representatives. And remember, all of our Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. A standard install will take only one day. Our installers install one window at a time and are trained to do whatever necessary to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from the new windows will recover any additional costs incurred within a few days.
What does "Any Size, Installed" mean?
The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
