  I was in need of new windows for my home! I had seen advertisements on television and decided to contact Window World. A salesman came out within a week of my call. We discussed what I was looking for and he showed me brochures and even brought in a window to show me what they would look like. He was not pushy at all, but I knew I wanted the windows. I then asked him if they installed shutters and he said they did. I decided to purchase 10 windows and five sets of shutters. He told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they would be out to install them because the windows are custom made. Sure enough, it was the exact timeline and they came out and installed them. I couldn’t have asked for a better job, and you couldn’t even tell that they had been here, except for the beautiful windows and shutters. I have already had two neighbors that have inquired about them and said it totally changed the look of my house. I have lived here 25 years and that makes me feel wonderful! From the salesman, to the office staff, to the installation crew, Window World is a top notch company! I am a retired teacher, and if I was grading them, they would receive an A+. I have already recommended them to people, and I will continue to do so. Thank you, Window, World, for making my experience an absolutely amazing one!

  After researching numerous companies, I chose Window World of Athens to install 19 windows into my 3-level home. The windows look beautiful, perform wonderfully, and the price was extremely fair. The install team was professional and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't hesitate one bit with trucking up my steep hill (near Helen, GA)! Having waited seven months to write this review, I can gladly report that I have no problem whatsoever with recommending Window World of Athens.

  Beware! Sales person made promises they didn’t keep. Our porch leaks and they claim it’s not their fault. Their installers didn’t properly prepare the area to prevent leaks around existing structure.

  Window World of Athens installed 27 windows in our lakehouse porch. They were great to work with and did an absolutely amazing job. I highly recommend them!

  First, WW doesn't replace your windows, a second party contractor does. We had a terrible experience with the contractor (broke multiple windows, destroyed inside trim, left broken glass all around the perimeter of my home and garage). Owner of WW worked really hard to remedy the situation and did for the most part (still have a gap in one of the window trims). Fired the contractor on the spot because he agreed the work was done poorly and fixed everything that was damaged or not installed correctly. Forward a year and I call to get the second half of my windows done and the response I receive is "We do not want to come back and work on your home, it is too risky for us. We lost money". Naturally, I am beyond shocked and irate that a business who admits the work was done poorly the first time by contractors they hired and then fired wants to come back and somehow make this seem like it was our fault and doesn't want our business! How exactly is this risky for you? Its more like its risky for us to even call you to finish the second half of my home and we did anyway! What kind of customer service and/or response is that? Original work was done by a contractor that you fired and somehow this is my problem and you don't want to come back to do the other job? The fact that we even considered giving them the second opportunity to finish our home should be enough for this company to appreciate our willingness to give them further business, but to be turned down just blows my mind. So incredibly disappointed and mad. I do not recommend using them.
