  Love my beautiful windows!….They were to be ready in October and came in September 15 which made me even more happy ! And the installation was 17 windows ,they started exactly 8:00 a.m. and finished nonstop @5:00 p.m. We had old storm windows outside of the original windows …they installer “William “ and helper covered the inside windows with plastic …not a speck of dust or dirt came inside !….The work outside was just as neat and clean as inside !…fast , courteous ….neat ….punctual….! So pleased…!

  Window World is the best! After sourcing windows from 4 different vendors, I was about to give up on replacements. Everyone presented the same selling pitch with pressure tactics and high prices. Since I had a coupon from Window World, I decided to try one more. This was a completely different experience! I explained to the salesperson that I had already talked to others and had a sense of how windows work. Instead of a pitch, Arnold asked me about what was most important to me. He listened and shared an abbreviated sales message. He focused on the needs I had shared, and within 30 minutes, I was ready to talk price. I loved WW approach to pricing. They offered me a great price right out of the gate. No hassles and negotiating. They were already more affordable vs. the competition, and the warranty was even better! They had an earlier install date, too. Jumping forward, the install was amazing! The crew completed everything in one day, there was no mess, and they were super careful with everything in my house. The team even helped me install new shutters as part of their process. The improvement to my home was instantaneous--the look and the heat difference vs. my metal window frames is immense. I can't believe how pleased I am with this purchase! If you're in the market for quality windows at a great price, you can't beat Window World Carolinas.

  Let me preface this review by saying the installation and the man who installed did an amazing job. It’s on everyone else for this review in which I would suggest you look elsewhere. We purchased 4 new windows and a back door. When we purchased the windows we asked do we need to take the blinds off for the installation. We were told no just remove the blinds itself and leave the brackets up. Why did we ask? Because we have custom blinds and this is our first time purchasing new windows. Well lo and behold, installation gets done and they have to take the brackets off….. a tad bit concerned because we were told we wouldn’t need too. Installation gets completed and we are told to put the brackets back up 24hours later to let the caulking dry. Now we go to put the brackets back and they are hanging over about 2 inches off the frame. Like how the hell are the blinds supposed to be supported??? They are custom and heavy which is why they were flushed to the frame to begin with and had extra metal brackets to support the weight…. There solution….. well it’s in you contract that blinds might no go back. Ok but when you sold this to me and I asked all these questions, I got a completely different answer. So basically they are not willing to do anything. Moral of the story DONT TRUST them. Now this is going to be more expensive than it’s worth. If you want to do business with someone who stands by their word and is looking to figure out a solution to a problem you clearly asked about and took their word on, they are not it.

  Our whole experience has been amazing! Our salesman, Marcus, was very knowledgeable about windows and really knows everything about the product they sell. He offered solutions when I had concerns about my shutters being able to be taken down and put back up. The communication was wonderful once we decided to move forward with our purchase. It was a big decision and we never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. The measuring process was fast and easy. The windows arrived earlier than expected and scheduling the install was simple and accommodating to meet our needs. The install guys were equally amazing! Very talented and efficient. They worked quickly and completed the job in one day! We had 23 windows! These guys were a pleasure to have in my home. The clean up was amazing! Not one piece of trash was left in my home or in my yard. I highly recommend Window World to anyone in the market for new windows! They also offered a great warranty that they actually honor without any “catches”. Having this peace of mind was one of the many things that made Window World stand out to us.
