  Pam and Dianne go beyond expectations. I exhausted all possibilities of getting a couple of small pieces of glass cut. I was so happy when someone referred me to these ladies. They were a breath of fresh air.

  Called Window Works from ad. Needed help with a pull out window I could not close. Thought it was broken. Diane answered phone and walked me through on how to line up both sides and told me it was not broken and didn't want me to have to pay for a service call. She was very patient and we were successful in fixing it. Diane really made my day!
