  We do not recommend Window Traditions of Georgia, Alpharetta or the Anderson Windows and Doors products that they represent. We have been in the remodeling business in Atlanta for 52 years and have not witnessed a worse experience with any vendor or subcontractor.   Spectacular service to perform a custom replacement for an old window. Made sure the new window was exactly as needed, and the installation was flawless!

  What a great company! Chris and Ryan came and fixed my old sliders and they did so with true professionalism and courtesy....great results from a great team....would recommend them to everyone!

  We needed our Anderson sliding doors serviced and found Window Traditions on the internet. I called for an appointment and talked to Abby. She was able to get us an appointment just two days later. Abby called to confirm the day before which I appreciated. Chris Gaither (the service manager) texted me on the appointment day to let me know what time to expect him. Communication with Window Traditions was amazing. Chris arrived on time and quickly addressed our issues. He went above and beyond board to make sure that we were happy with the adjustments. What a nice and knowledgeable young man - we have found our service company and will enjoy our doors now that they are working perfectly again! Thanks Abby, Chris, and Window Traditions!
