  Lori was amazing. Very experienced professional who repaired the hunter douglas blinds in less than 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. Would definitely go back for any repairs or clraning or new blinds. She knows what she's doing. Fun to talk with too.

  Window Decor Store was a great find! The whole experience with Lindsay (sales rep) and Dan & Eric (installers) was great!! They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I purchased new cellular shades and had an existing shade restrung and cleaned. Everything is perfect!

  I called Window Decor Store and Lori answered the phone. I asked if they worked south of Detroit to repair vertical blinds. Lori asked what the problem was and when I told her, she was kind enough to tell me to just take my broken header to where I had purchased my blinds and order a new one. She said it would be much cheaper. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and honesty. I would recommend this business to everyone. They have integrity.

  We had a great experience with Dan and the team at Blind Cleaning Services. Dan came to my home, removed my 20+ year old blinds and took them to his shop for cleaning. He also fixed several of them. They came back to my house, clean and better than ever!!

  I had a 5 star experience from the moment I walked into the store and met Lindsay. She is the epitome of customer service! Lindsay was a great listener, problem solver, always quick to respond and always kept me informed of time lines. I love my new blinds and will be back when I’m changing the blinds in my other rooms.
