  We lived at a Centurion Property Associates Inc. building for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The property was well-maintained, and any concerns were addressed quickly. Mary Anna, the manager, is amazing—professional, responsive, and always kind. She truly made living here enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  I had a really great experience living in the Windermere Village Apartments. Mary Anne, is such a kind person, and was extremely helpful when I had any questions. Maintenance was done quickly, and in a very professional manner.

Specifically,I wanted to commend Mary Anne Molines for being proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential.problems,for being friendly and helpful demeanor.These qualities have contributed to the positive environment at the residence.

  My partner and I (and our cat) lived here - in the 3711 building - for about 6.5 years between 2016 and 2023. Having been a renter in the Edmonton area for over a decade now I can very confidently say that you will not find a better building manager ANYWHERE. Mary Anne is an absolute gem, and we have never had another building manager/landlord as attentive, kind, professional and hard working as she is. When we made the extremely difficult decision to move, it was immediately clear how lucky we’d been at Windermere Village. Any time we had a concern or maintenance request, it was responded to super quickly and effectively, whether that was by Mary Anne or her husband directly, or by an outside contractor when required. The building hallways and common spaces are always super clean and tidy, and during the cold season the surface and underground parking are maintained extremely well and frequently - another thing we know isn’t guaranteed at other rental apartment properties. Mary Anne truly cares about maintaining a safe and welcoming property and ensuring her tenants are happy living there. Of the very few things we didn’t totally love about Windermere Village, they were completely outside her control, and paled in comparison to some of the awful things we experienced in the next place we lived... Ultimately, our decision to move was out of a desire for a bit more space, and as I said, it was a very hard choice because of how wonderful our experience had been with Mary Anne as the building manager there. Outside of all this, Windermere is a fantastic area of the city (we moved back to the area as soon as we could, albeit in a townhouse now!) where we never felt unsafe or worried about home or vehicle break-ins. If you’re familiar with the greater-Edmonton area (or any city), it’s no secret that this isn’t the case everywhere. Lots of shopping and entertainment is available close by, as well as beautiful walking/cycling paths and parks that are easily accessible just steps from your door. Windermere Village is a property I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to someone looking for a safe, clean and well-managed place to call home.
