  I worked with Luis from Windermere Travel to plan my honeymoon with my Wife in the Maldives. Overall the service was top notch, and Luis was amazing at answering my questions, and believe me I had a lot! This was my first time leaving the USA, and Luis was right there to guide me on what I would need along with keeping me in the loop with the Covid 19 regulations constantly changing not only here, but also with our destination. We also had our flight to JFK from Orlando changed a few times due to flight schedules changing, and Luis took care of us in a flash! The only issue I had was finding out the process of going through the JFK airport from a domestic to international flight as we arrived at JFK. That terminal is an absolute nightmare, and had I not changed to a 3 hour layover instead of a 50 min layover that they originally booked us, we would've missed our flight. This was a small hiccup and after everything Luis did for me, I would still book with them in the future. This small issue wasn't really an issue, I just want those traveling for the first time to be aware of these things and also to probably avoid JFK airport. Luis, from my wife Mary and me, Thank you for helping to create the honeymoon of our dreams. Your help made our travel easy and we highly suggest using Windermere Travel!

  I’ve never used a travel agent before, and these guys made it super easy and showed me the better deals I could get. I had 12 different vacation options in my email by the next morning. Will for sure be booking with them.

  I’m a very busy man with a family and to be frank I love a vacation, but the planning can be so tiresome and draining. There’s so much information online and so many different websites that it’s very easy to get overwhelmed. I want a vacation for what it really is an escape from everyday life. That’s where Brunna came in! I told her my family’s needs and wants and she took care of the itinerary for us, taking us to places that were so much fun and unbelievably gorgeous (ask her about gozalandia!) she went as far as as seeing how far places were and getting us set up in the most convenient locations that way we could focus on the fun. I truly enjoyed my experience with this travel agency, it definitely won’t be my last time using them. Thank you again!
