  Came in today and left impressed with the customer service I was given. If I recall correctly her name is Lizet and is the manager. The store was very eye catching and went inside to explore. I was indecisive what to buy since everything looked nice and trendy. That’s when lizet approached me and guide me to their newest launch. Port royal color is the most popular right now she said. Had a nice convo while browsing the store. Left with a few pieces and love them. Definitely coming back to this location.

  Who knew I would love the tennis look so much! I be feeling like Carlos Alcaraz. The staff is for the most part lively and look like they are having fun. On the Weeknds I noticed the staff be wearing the “Wilson Sport Professionals Collection.” They be fancy! The manager Brian always showing off the new shoes that arrive. So comfy. (He looks familiar from F21 a few years ago). Casey gives me life by making me laugh every single time. I feel like I’ll live forever. Lissette looks moody/mean but once you get to know her she’s nothing but nice. My friend’s friend once said there are two types of people in this world, doll faces and dog faces. She happens to be a doll face. Pam keeps it 💯 which I appreciate. She’s very nice. And the rest of the staff for the most part always attentive. I’m learning names. Eric, Kenneth, Tina, and there’s even the new guy (dog face) Pier I believe his name is. Digging the style. Has become my new favorite store to shop in. Maintained pretty clean. Props to Brian for managing this store. Keep it going sis (bro). Love This place. For sure will continue to shop here and recommend to friends. As long as the customer service continues to be great. Holidays are coming up and everyone in the list might be getting something from here! Black Friday sale? Thanks Peeps!

  I had a wonderful experience at Wilson in Santa Monica thanks to Valentina. She is extremely knowledgeable about tennis racquets and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made the shopping process enjoyable, and she helped me find the perfect racquet that I really love. Valentina truly elevated my shopping experience.

  My girlfriend and I had the worst distasteful experience today in this store. We had never been in a Wilson store before so my girlfriend was so excited to shop she picked out a few things. It was all great until we were checking out the cashier made an error. Not only that but she could not fix it so she called her coworker for help she tried to be helpful but then the Manger showed up and she was just horrible. She is the most rude, Condescending, non approachable attitude and on top of that the worst potty mouth. She was no help. She was on the phone calling everyone present ”pissy attitudes” she just seemed annoyed at having to step in. I hope no one else goes through any check out problems because the manager there will be so rude and of no help
