  I purchased a tennis racquet over six days ago, and it is still not ready for pick-up as the strings have yet to be installed. Despite follow-up calls to the store, the only explanation provided has been a lack of available staff to complete the stringing. Do yourself a favor and consider other retailers for your purchase to ensure a more reliable and timely service.

  I went to check out this store not long after it first opened. There were four employees and no customers inside, and when I stepped in we just had a nonverbal acknowledgement of each others existences; they just all stood facing me and stared like bodyguards nervous to see customers. Not a bad thing, just kind of awkward and low-key funny. When I got within a foot radius of a clothing item, they immediately asked if I needed help, kind of like they were scared of me touching things. Everything was pristine since it was new, so l kind of get it. I wanted to check out a hoodie, but their staring just made me feel a bit awkward. I like the aesthetics and lighting of the store a lot, I think I would just have to come back later once the store is more seasoned.
