From the initial call through the installation, we found it refreshing to deal with such a professional company. We were called to schedule our installation and given the time the installers were to arrive. Our installers, Kevin and Justice, arrived promptly and immediately began working. Our nine windows and sliding patio door were all installed efficiently, and they completed the project that day! What a testament to teamwork! The installers and Mike, our supervisor, were very courteous and cognizant of our dog so that he was not let out. We highly recommend Wilson’s for new windows, and we look forward to using them in the future for our siding and gutters!

Inatally I was told they don't come up this far but after talking with upper management they said as I was a repeat customer that they would.I was totally extatic about that. Except when the crew finished the wall on the south side started getting gaps as they had it nailed down to tight and the siding couldn't move to the heat expansion. No problem they sent a gentleman up to fix it and all seemed good.

We had a single window that was having a problem. Called Wilson's and they were immediately able to look up my windows / account and verify my warranty. The next day they sent Cody to look at the window. He was able to immediately determine what the problem was and then proceeded to perform the repair. Within 72 hours of finding the problem it was fixed. I hate that this experience is untypical these days. We chose Wilson's because we wanted a company that would still be around when it was time to utilize the warranties so many tout as a selling point. This experience validates that choice.
