  Was really looking forward to checking it out and stocking up, but the customer service really ruined the experience. I entered the store, not once was I greeted or acknowledged, even after browsing for a while. After shopping for a while and contemplating purchases, I decided the customer service was so lacking that I opted against purchasing. I left and was not even told goodbye. First and last visit due to nonexistent customer service.

  Staff are really nice, friendly and knowledgeable about tennis and Wilson merch. I’m an avid Wilson racquet fan and my group wandered here to find great products. It happened to be the same time as the US open men’s finals. Staff were very hospitable to let us hang out and finish the match. We continued shopping afterwards and the products were of great quality. It’s one of the best experience we had in visiting Chicago.

  Every staff member in the store was helpful, friendly, and incredibly enthusiastic about tennis. We happened to go into the shop during the US Open men’s final and the welcomed us to watch while we were there, shared their knowledge and experience, and gave us great advice for gear and local tennis communities to try. We got great gear and had a great experience while we were there.

  Great store! Went in there looking to purchase a new tennis racquet and enjoyed being in a store where the staff know the sport. Spent over an hour in there learning about all the different Wilson tennis racquets. Highly recommend!
