Cameron was courteous, professional, took the time to explain everything, and was quite helpful. Wilson Brothers installed our boiler years ago and it has been a great system. We have needed routine maintenance only twice in 10 years, and Wilson Brothers has been there for us both times. We will not hesitate to call on them for any future needs.

Dylan is very thorough and knowledgeable and polite. He had to come back multiple times due to custom parts needed for the repair and worked into the night on a holiday. We are both very impressed with his work and dedication in getting us our heat back.
I contacted Wilson Brothers for info on replacing my old oil burning furnace, and from the initial quote to the actual replacement with a natural gas furnace, everything was fantastic. The techs who did the work were efficient and friendly and did a great job cleaning up the space after the work was complete. Definitely recommend!

After seeing their very favorable customer ratings I had high hopes for Wilson Bros. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other poor reviews. The technicians that came over were friendly and professional - we just can't seem to get any decent customer service.
We were told we needed a part for our hot water boiler and were told it would take a couple of days. It was more like a week (with no hot water) and we heard nothing. I had to call a few times to finally get someone to answer why the long wait. A week later we finally got the boiler fixed. Next we needed an estimate for a new furnace, tank and boiler. You'd think they'd jump on that opportunity. No such luck. Again, the technician who came over was communicative and professional, and told us to expect an estimate in a day or two. Well - it is now going into the 2nd week. Again, I had to make multiple calls - only to hear we should get something by the end of the week...never happened.
If they're this uncaring with a new potential customer how could we trust them with future work? It's so sad when a company with such historically high ratings suddenly goes downhill.

I just read the response from Wilson Bros, and here is my reply: we don't need another visit to the home; we already had two and were told an estimate would be available in a few days. It is now going on 3 weeks! Where is our estimate? Customer Service needs work.
