  Hannah was really great while we were searching for a new home and was very flexible with our schedule. So much so that we could tell she had a lot on her plate and we had a last minute request to do a second walk through before finally signing our lease here. We can tell she really cares about customer service and went above and beyond to help us. Hannah we appreciate you! Its a great location and im astounded how much is a walk away. Our home feels very cozy and the appliances are all in working order. There is some sound travel through the walls but it is very manageable and not very noticeable.

  Unreliable management with frequent turnover—there seems to be a new manager every few months. The property consistently failed to comply with disability accommodation laws. Despite multiple written complaints, non-handicapped vehicles were regularly parked in designated handicap spaces without any enforcement. Avoid this place

  We've lived at Wilmington Flats for 2 years. Property management and maintenance attention were severely lacking for the first year, so we considered moving out. Then Robby, Gehrig and Tanner arrived. They are the reason we're considering renewing for a 3rd year. Thank you Robby, Gehrig and Tanner! Wilmington Flats has improved so much with your care and attention!!

  I have been here a couple of months already & love it! Robby & Tanner are very helpful with any questions I have. The apartment is beautiful & they even installed a new washer/dryer when the other one broke down. The area is great, walking distance to food shopping, stores, many various restaurants, a great library & a book store! I’m looking forward to many years here & close to my family.
