  I’m not really a mall person at my age, but I stopped by with my son since he enjoys them. It was quite crowded—great to see for the local businesses, though! I was mainly there to grab something to eat and appreciated the convenient location with the theater, Costco, and other shops nearby. However, the limited number of restrooms could be inconvenient for some visitors. Overall, it’s a busy spot with a good mix of stores and amenities, even if malls aren’t really my thing.

  Most dining & restaurant entry are outside the Mall.... Also noticed that few Asians Shops, the employees are all non-asian including the restaurant

  I love going to Willowbrook Mall . It is spectacularly spotless clean . It actually is one of the first things that are noticed right away upon entrance . The food court is amazing too . Employees all around are friendly and always ready to assist in making the right decisions and customers service is great too . I also love the fact that Willowbrook Mall is opened on the weekends . I thank you for the beautiful mall !!!!! Always an amazing and satisfying experience !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Food Court — usually, I have a good experience here, but not this time. As we were finishing our meal, my aunt noticed a cockroach just inches from my head, crawling up a pole next to our table. It was definitely unsettling. We immediately informed two housekeeping staff members, but unfortunately, neither seemed concerned or interested in addressing the issue. It was disappointing to see such a lack of response to a serious hygiene problem, especially in an area where people are eating. Definitely hoping management takes this more seriously moving forward.

  The mall its self is fine overall, but this booth has impacted the rating. my issue is id like to warn people about this booth. if you are heading by spencers there is a Shoe cleaning product both DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE WALK AWAY THEY ARE RUDE AND GUILT YOU INTO TRYING TO BY THEIR PRODUCT (also product was not worth it) The owner eyed me down the whole encounter with his employee desparatley trying to make a sale, the employee blind sided me in the initial encounter and demonstrated the product, the employee tried to consistently and persistently attempted to guilt me into buying this shoe cleaner, saying I haven't made a sale all day.I need to make a sale, all the other guys got a sale but me. The owner got mad when I decided I didnt want to buy the product ( shortly into the interaction I realized they were trying to guilt me into a purchase) The owner basically demanded i tip the guy and walked away. I got blind sided by the employee mid walk. ( I hesitantly tipped, I shouldnt have but i did). This stand needs to be removed because this has impacted my view on the types of booths they allow in their mall. Im disappoint that willowbrook would have people with such poor customer service skills in their establishment.
