This place was wonderful. At my lowest and no where else to go they took me in. Unit 200 was so amazing. Special shout out to sara, and nurse kelly but truely all staff were great. They listend when i needed to talk, helped me through my problems and were there just as a comfort. The food was good not great but better than other hospital food. When i couldnt stand being in the lunch room the nurses helped find a solution for that so i didnt have to suffer. They truely care and am so glad i went and drove across the state to go. I feel so relieved and feel so much better after my stay. If i ever need to go back impatient this is where id choose for myself and for others. They truely care

Experienced heavy harassment and bullying by staff and patients, only good part was being able to draw on the walls.

I wish I could put negative stars on this place. I was sent here for a voluntary inpatient stay and arrived very early in the morning. I got about three hours of sleep that day. Let me preface, I have epilepsy and HAVE to take my medications on time. I’m on four different medications and at the time I was also taking Zoloft and adderall. They refused to give me most of my seizure medications because they didn’t believe I needed all that medication and also took me off my adderall without telling me. Lastly, they cut my Zoloft cold turkey and switched it to a completely different drug class. I called my mom right away because of the effects on my body. This place was so bad on my mental health. If you want a loved one to get better, send them ANYWHERE ELSE.

I can’t say enough about unit 300 and the care I received during my detox. Dr.Jenn (as I called her) addressed my medication and detox concerns, Joesph my therapist listened to me with open ears and gentle care, my nurses cared for me by checking in on me and helping me with the meds I needed to get well, and my BHA’s especially Mark, Mo, T, and Hussein were caring and attentive. I know for a fact I would not be in the place I am today without their help. I am so appreciative for the care I received. It made this horribly difficult time in my life more bearable. Thank You Willow Creek! I look forward to now going to IOP to continue my treatment and my journey to wellness! ❤️
