  My husband went to Willis Jewlers when he was looking at engagement rings. Him and Harvey sat down together over a couple of different meetings and designed a beautiful ring. We got to know Harvey over the course of our engagement as he also designed my wedding bands and we purchased my husband’s wedding band through him as well. Not only is he an expert at what he does, he’s personable and kind. He makes us feel welcome and we have spent many hours now just talking with him. I admire my ring and the detail he put into it everyday. If you are looking to purchase jewelry or have a custom piece made I highly recommend to check them out.

  I made a special trip from Lindsay to Tulare just because Zales staff recommended Willis to me. When I arrived at 4:28, since the store does not close until 5:00 pm, imagine my surprise to find the place closed up. On a Wednesday afternoon. Not too happy about that situation.

  Genuine craftsmanship and originality are hard to find anymore. Thank goodness I've been dealing with Willis Jewelers for the last 40 years. Harvey is one of a kind, and you can count on him for everything from minor cleaning to a completely original work.
