  I had a few things that needed to be fixed/ replaced in my apartment. Derrick in the office made the moving process very easy. Putting in service request was easy and they came and fixed the issues brought to their attention in a timely manner!

  It's perfect, the maintenance is fast and efficient, only the price that increases every year can be 2 to 5% which is not good. Apart from that it is one of the places you can live with your family, very peaceful and spacious.

  I recently had a very disappointing experience while viewing an apartment at Williamsburg Square Apartments. The unit was nothing like the photos-outdated appliances, chipped paint, and a noticeable musty smell. The building's common areas were poorly maintained. To make matters worse, someone sat blocking steps the whole tour. Overall, it felt like a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend considering this place.

  The young man that I attended in front is very handsome, but they have a person who works with credits that we don't have enough to work with.

  Paying almost 2k for a 2br old unit that has none of the amenities (playground swimming pool). Maintenance has zero respect for personal property. Multiple leaks and possible mold…. Now stop sending me surveys if you dont want the truth
