  Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year. Williams was able to send someone out within a few hours of notice, and they were able to get our whole new AC/Furnace installed way sooner than we anticipated. I will always recommend Williams for their excellent service!

  So this company was contacted by my landlord. When The "service" repair man arrived I had to ask him if he was there for the air conditioning. He arrived with no tools and after showing him where the air conditioner was located (I assume he knew what he was doing) I walked away, he turns and asked my boyfriend where is the air conditioner? WOW!! Then said it was fixed by just simply turning it on.

  I used this company for some ac work a couple of years ago and my new ac coil kept leaking he would t come back to fix it even though it was his responsibility and I had to get a new company to come fix it and pay a second company when Williams heating and cooling should have fixed it in the first place
