  Hate to leave a bad review as these guys are basically my neighbor but I’ve never had a good experience with them. Dropped my machine off and was told they’d look at it that day and more than likely have it back to me in a day or two. A week rolls by so I call and check on it. Still hasn’t been looked at. They look at it the next day and say I need a part order so I tell them to order it(they said they had it at the memphis store and should be here in 48 hours). 2 more weeks roll by with no update so I give them a call. Never ordered the part. Decided I’d rent a machine from them since they’re 2 miles from my shop. Talk to a guy on the phone and says they’ll have one out of service this afternoon to call him back. I call later that afternoon and then told I can’t rent from them because I don’t have a credit account. I say no problem I’ll set one up but then I’m told it takes over a week to get approved. So now on a Friday afternoon I’ve got no machine for Monday. Had enough and picked up my machine Monday. Tied the two hoses together and I was back in business in 10 minutes. You can’t tell me every tech they have didn’t know you could do that, instead I’ve been paying $1700 a week for the last month renting machines while mine sits there with the part not even being ordered. I was warned to just take my machine into Alabama to have it worked on. Additionally I’ve tried to purchase 3 different machines from them. Skip never once got back to me with pricing even after touching base several times on all 3 machine. Instead I bought all 3 machines out of state even though I can literally walk to this store from my shop. The whole store needs improvement from service to front desk. The kicker is I had my brother stop by the memphis location this morning and pick up the part. Took a total of 15 minutes to install.
