  My first time here. Autum was a very friendly and professional waitress. Everything was taken care of with a smile. Will definitely come back

  Last night was our second time ordering from William's BBQ. I the first time was 5 stars, but this time they missed the mark. I had a hamburger steak wanted it cooked med- well instead it was med- rare. It was supposed to have onions and mushrooms on it I paid extra for the mushrooms which is fine, but had no onions. I don't if the confusion was because I wanted mushrooms therefore I don't get onions maybe. Either way I don't know if I will be back or not. Very disappointing. To get home and have to heat up my oven and cook my takeout. By time my food was done my husband had already finished his meal. I personally think because they were closing in 20 minutes they rushed our food.

  Our server Autumn was very knowledgeable and her recommendations were spot on. Once we told her this was our first time visit she went above and beyond to show her skills..She is an asset to your business and to your customers Way to go Autumn ,always just be you you're enough 🩷

  I ordered the 1lb brisket and it was absolutely delicious. This was my first time trying brisket so I don't have a bar to measure it against but my wife is from Texas and has eaten brisket a million times and she also agreed it was delicious also.

  Food is always excellent here and the service is equally as great. Thank you Autumn for your wonderful hospitality and great service. I’ll continue to dine here as often as possible.
