If I could give zero stars I would. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’ve had them for a year and a half payed every month on time. Canceling my policies with them has been an absolute nightmare. I can’t imagine needing to file a claim with them. Once you’re on their radar they screen the calls good luck getting anyone on the phone. I’ve gone back and forth for a month. Mind you after they supposedly canceled my policy they still had my card on file and was going to charge me for an additional month. I had to call headquarters to get my auto draft taken off. I want my money back for the half a month I didn’t use! They are all full of excuses..
