  You really need to put a clause in your paperwork in BLACK and WHITE or let your tenants know that when your in the storage facility after 10 pm that you get locked in there and their code doesn't work You can't get ahold of the property management either!. And the only way you are getting out is to call 911 and tell them its a non emergency and tell them your locked in the facility outside the building. I sat there for an 1 hour and a half waiting for a property manager to call your tenant back with a code to get the hell out. Which i find completely bs. You need to come up with a different system for people to get out of the storage facility if people who rent from you to get out if they dont get out in time. God forbid they run late. Thats considered unlawful containment. Its also a waste of law enforcements time to come let people out when they can be helping someone who really needs the help.

  10/10 recommend! Jennifer was so helpful to me during a time when I needed it most. Clean facility, and reasonable pricing! A huge thank you again to Jennifer & if I ever need storage in the future I will be back!

  Clean Unit friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped us navigate our departure date and pro rated our bill. Our experience was top notch we would use again.

  I’d recommend over and over again. The employees are exceptional ⭐️ They go above and beyond. The place is so clean as well!

  Jennifer was super helpful & amazing during the rental process. Showed us the unit we would be renting. The unit is clean , lots of lighting , super safe with security & more! She answered all my questions. Highly recommend renting here if you need storage !!
