This store sold an entire household’s worth of furniture to a man driving a rental truck—one that isn’t even available in Dodge City, where the purchase supposedly happened. We live in Wichita, yet the store used Facebook to pull together information and presented it to the police as if it had been gathered through legitimate means. The individual who made the purchase used a bank account that didn’t belong to him—he simply had the account holder’s name. When the bank flagged the transaction as fraudulent, the store pointed fingers and accused the wrong person. That false accusation cost us thousands—and I mean thousands—of dollars to prove our innocence. The most terrifying part? A SWAT team in full riot gear showed up at our home, rifles drawn, looking for the furniture. We were completely blindsided and had no idea why they were even there. Any business that admits to the police they accepted bank account information they knew wasn’t authorized is completely irresponsible. Beware of this store.

They stayed open for me as they close at noon and helped me get a new refrigerator. Mine had gone out. I was so impressed with everybody and everybody was so kind and helpful.
