- TMTlou George MphakaMay 3, 20241.0Unless you're prepared to fix things they messed up on your own, do not do it. There were no outlets for the sprinklers nor the stove. When we called, they ignored us for 3 weeks which we then fixed on our own and only reached back after the fact. Our rod got broken on move in day which we had to fix after we were ignored for three weeks. On two occasions we were told the superintendent was going to come of which he did not. Our front porch is not level so when it rains, water gathers in one spot. There are sharp nails poking through from the carpet which they refuse to fix. They are a joke. Do not buy from them unless you're prepared to fix stuff. The last communication from Michelle Hutchinson in their office was "we told you how to fix the nails so we are not going to come and fix them". Do NOT do it. They only care about the sales. These homes are of very cheap quality. Look up videos by ABC news and others on YouTube regarding these guys.
