We ate dinner here one night and then breakfast one morning. The food was fantastic both times. The German cake is so light and fluffy, probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had. The pancakes are outstanding, also light and fluffy. The omelette is incredible. The service is attentive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. Tito and Darien were our servers, but everyone here seems really lovely and helpful. We’ll be back tomorrow morning for breakfast again, and will definitely return if we’re ever in this area again.
I had been wanting to experience this place for a long time so I finally stopped in after a great trip to the Smoky Mountains National Park. I had the sausage sampler and the watermelon Margarita. The sausage sampler was well presented but lacked in flavor. Not a fan of German sausage. The watermelon Margarita was delicious. The waiter was very friendly!! The atmosphere was cozy. I will be back but not for sausage 😁
Walked in for breakfast/lunch. No line. Not too busy. Two servers moving around. Waited 15minutes with our small child when the bartender finally told us she'd be with us in a few minutes. We asked if they were still serving breakfast pancakes at 1145, abruptly told "no, breakfast is done at 11". Dunno about the food, never had a chance to try it. We rolled out. Bar vibes. Could use better management and supervision to live up to "authentic German quality and hospitality".
This is exactly what I was hoping for! We were looking for a “hole in the wall” type place. This was the spot! No wait, we sat right down, for a late lunch/early dinner. Atmosphere is on point felt like a neighborhood tavern in small town Germany. Drinks were good love the traditional beers on tap. The food is the highlight! Pork shank and the goulash were on special and both super good! The brat burger is also very good! Loved the potato salad, and the kids say the chicken and fries were great. Service was great and attentive. Definitely a spot to try when you in the area!

My sexy wife and I were in pigeon forge for our 42nd anniversary. We decided to eat here because the sign said “authentic German food”. It was great!
Joshua was our waiter, and he was super. We had several questions about things that were on the menu, and he knew everything, and answered every one very friendly.
We ordered an appetizer that could have been our meal. It was some kind of sausage sampler. There were three different, large sausage links, sauerkraut, & purple sauerkraut ( I forget what that’s called), along with some other things. Very good!
Salads and meals were next. Large portions and very good!
Then the apfel strudel, with ice cream on top. It was almost too good!
The price was less than &100, which was very good, for all that we got. ( sorry, it was 2 days ago, so I can’t remember the price. I actually think it was only about $65, but don’t want to mislead anyone)
The bad: They have gone cashless, which I think will help destroy our economy!
We would eat there again, if we didn’t live 6 hours away!
