Dogs over the age of 8 months who aren’t spayed or neutered are welcome to join us for individual playtime! However, for the safety of all our guests and staff, we’re not able to accept unspayed females who are in heat, approaching heat or have just come out of heat.

Yes. Activity and interaction is necessary for a happy and healthy stay and pets are not one-size-fits-all. Because of this, every pet parent gets to customize a discounted activity package for their pet. All of our packages provide varying levels of activity, interaction, engagement, and routine for your dog to look forward to while they’re here. We want your pet having the most fun while doing what they love!

We can check in your pet any time during our lobby hours. We suggest dropping off as early as possible during the day so your pet can start having fun right away. Our Dog Boarding hours are: M-F 7-6, Sat 10-4

We understand. At Wiggles Pet Resort, all members of our staff are specially trained to check on your furry family member throughout the day and love them just like they would be at home. We also have the most advanced software that tracks every task that makes up our exceptional care.

Yes! We request you bring your dog’s usual food to keep them on their normal diet. Please ensure it’s bagged separately and labeled. What is a special feeding charge and why do you have it? Our standard overnight care includes up to three servings of each dog’s own dry food, bagged and labeled per serving. With the rise in individual-specific dietary needs of some of our furry guests, we’ve found extra time, training, and attention are required by our staff and managers. Rather than raising our standard overnight rate for all, we’ve begun charging a small fee for non-kibble foods that require extra handling. A nominal special feeding charge may apply to each serving of: Canned food Refrigerated or frozen food Food that needs to be microwaved Use of special feeding equipment including slow feeders or raised feeders

All of our suites are outfitted with raised beds and soft, clean bedding, so please leave your pet’s bedding at home.

Here at Wiggles, we have lots of fun, regularly cleaned toys for your pup to play with so there’s no need to bring any from home.

Yes, if your pet has oral prescription medications, please bring them in their original containers with clear instructions. To ensure proper handling and administration, there is a small fee per dose. However, we offer a TLC Package especially designed for senior or special needs pets which includes unlimited medications.

Absolutely. We offer professional, full-service grooming and bathing at Wiggles. We’d love to send your pup home looking and feeling incredible!

Wiggles Pet Resort is equipped with industry-leading health and wellness systems. Our specialty air purification system was designed for use with pets and has five times the capability of systems designed for humans. We also have pet-specific play surfaces including K9Grass® which provides a clean, soft surface that’s easy on paws.

The new daycare program at Wiggles provides a fun, safe place for dogs to socialize, play and be enriched while their parents are away. Our daycare guests exercise their minds and bodies every day while under the care of our devoted staff. It’s not only a ton of fun, it’s a healthy and constructive alternative to staying home alone.

Our dog daycare program is as safe and fun as possible. It’s essential each new guest joins the best daycare program for them. The first step is a “welcome day,” when they come play with us for free to see which play option they like most.

Your dog will get a chance to meet our team and the other pups playing with us. We’ll observe their play habits and canine body language to determine the type of play environment they enjoy most. More socially inclined pups will gradually meet the “pack.” Dogs who prefer to play with a team member will have a blast with one-on-one play.

We have multiple play options to meet the needs of most every pup personality! Our standard dog daycare is a group play program perfect for social dogs. We also have a personal play option for dogs who prefer human company. No matter which program they prefer, they’ll enjoy lots of exercise in our play yards, interaction with staff, and comfy rest times in a climate-controlled suite.

Please bring your dog early in the morning for their introduction day, we recommend no later than 9am. This gives your dog plenty of time to explore their surroundings and get comfortable with us. We’ll slowly introduce them to their playmates to “meet and greet.” Then the playtime begins. Your dog has access to ample fresh water all day, but sometimes on the first day or two they’re too excited to drink enough. They may come home extra thirsty, which is totally normal. As your dog visits daycare more often, they’ll drink their usual amount.

Absolutely. We appreciate that each dog is unique, so we have multiple daycare programs to suit dogs of different social levels. Our personal play program features one-on-one playtime with a specially trained staff member to ensure your pet gets all the exercise, attention, and playtime they desire.

Puppies are more than welcome to wiggle with the rest of us at daycare. Puppy groups focus on developing early social behaviors and good play manners.

We suggest bringing your dog to play at least one day every week. Just like humans, dogs are more comfortable with new friends when they’ve had the chance to spend more time together! This way, your dog will get to form a relationship with the staff and other dogs who come on their day and have an even better time. We want our daycare guests to be as comfortable and excited to play as possible, so we encourage pet parents to make standing reservations for their preferred days of the week.

Routine bathing is an important part of keeping your pup happy, healthy, and beautiful! How often your dog needs a bath depends on their breed and activity level. Some dogs are fine to visit us once a month, but others may need a freshening-up every other week. Talk to our knowledgeable staff about the best bathing schedule for your pet.

Depending on the dog’s coat and the treatment they received, we’ll either use a cool-air blow dryer or thoroughly towel them off and let them air dry.

Our bathers only use pet-specific products made of natural ingredients. We also offer a line of specialty shampoos and conditioners designed for certain results, like coat whitening, flea and tick treatments, dry skin shampoos, glossy coat shampoos, de-shedding, and others.

Yes! Most of our bathing clients visit us to get multiple services done at once, so we’ve bundled together the most important treatments in our bathing packages. A favorite is our Premium Bath Package, which includes a bath, brush out, and nail trim.

Like human nails, dog nails grow constantly and need to be trimmed to prevent them from affecting your dog’s comfort and posture. Every 2-3 weeks is an effective schedule for most dogs, but they can be cut more or less often depending on your dog’s needs.
