  Needed sump pump fixed. Sent tech out immediately (wasn’t expecting same day service) and given extremely reasonable price. Tech was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Highly recommend.

  This past spring 2024, Wichita Sewer and Drain worked on the sewer lines under my house. Unfortunately, by November, I discovered that the work they performed was not up to code and caused significant damage to my kitchen and laundry room. Due to improper installation, the sewer line caused a severe backup behind my kitchen and laundry room wall, as well as behind my cabinets. Jonathon Roper, the company’s owner, has refused to take responsibility for his crew's substandard work. Despite multiple attempts, he has also failed to respond to requests from his own insurance adjuster to calls or emails. This lack of communication and accountability has delayed the restoration process significantly, leaving me without a kitchen/laundry room floor, kitchen cabinets and countertop. As a result of this negligence, I am left with an unlivable kitchen and laundry area, compounding the frustration and inconvenience caused by their initial poor workmanship. I would strongly advise against trusting Wichita Sewer and Drain to handle any project.

  I was fixing up a house and we found out that the sewer line needed cleaned out, These guys got out there same day and knocked it out and they are Still somehow Way more affordable than the other sewer guys here in town!!

  Would definitely use these guys again! Very reasonable pricing and and they cleaned out the sewer and drain line and haven’t had any issues since! Very professional!

  Highly recommend, they were great, easy to set up showed up on time fixed the issue we were having with a clogged line and didn’t break the bank to do so. Very up front, no hidden fees these are good people for your plumbing needs.
