  Staying in a “blueground” furnished rental. Many issues. Nonexistent customer support on their app. Finally got an employee named Nadia on the phone who works in their LA office and she gave me a terrible attitude and transferred me to a voicemail and then didn’t answer the phone again. Blueground has very shady business practices and I highly advise against staying in any of their places. Apartment is in very poor condition.

  I had an appointment to view this property scheduled 1.5 weeks in advance and when I showed up the property looked like a motel and it was dirty. They answered the telecom and told me they rented the unit and they didn't have any appointments available even after confirming with me earlier in the day. I drove over an hour to view the unit and she was very rude and didn't care that I had an appointment. It also didn't make sense how it was rented out even though the agent I spoke with said it wasn't ready until 02/26.

  Since moving in in Feb this building has had major upgrades such as new paint and new windows in all units. The apartments are very big and roomy. Patty, the manager is exceptional. She always greets me with a smile and is so on top of everything and is so quick to respond to any issues. Work orders are immediately put in and emailed to me and she always follows up. I am very happy my husband and I chose to live here.

  We have been tenants since 2004. The facility is great, the upgrades are always welcome and the response from the management team is always expedient and efficient. We have never had an issue! Large apartments, large pool, great gym facility and a good place for families!

  I've been having an issue with the roaches in my apartment issue with my sink backing up overflowing in my apt and I can't seem to get the problem fixed it's roaches all over the incinerator garbage is always overloaded so whenever the garbage truck come they drops the overloaded garbage on the floor which cause the roaches to be in my apartment am paying $32.72 a month for the trash am even paying $29.76 for carpet they besided to install in the hallway my rent went up $400 in the pass 2 years but yet they can't seem to attend to my problems
