    I had a great and respectful crew. They were amazing at packing and took great care of my furniture. They also set up and unwrapped at my new place. I have moved many times and this was one of the best moves I've ever had.

    Working with White Lion was a great experience. Francesca scheduled us for a virtual walk through of our 3/3 condo in a high rise building on the 23rd floor, and went into great detail on all the items that needed to be packed. She set expectations early on and did not overpromise and certainly did not under deliver. The pricing was in line with two other bids we received, and Francesca was by far the most detailed. Our move required White Lion to store our stuff in their AC storage units for a period of 2 weeks prior to delivery to our new home, which was in state, from the Fort Lauderdale area to the Tampa Bay area. We were weary of this process as we had heard of numerous nightmare stories on movers losing things in between moves, but everything arrived in perfect condition! As for the movers, JC and his crew were courteous and all smiles, despite the very difficult process of packing all our furniture into their truck. Not once did I see a frown on their faces, they worked efficiently and tirelessly for nearly 7 hours straight. They put us at ease with the level of care they put into packing, wrapping and moving our furniture. I was initially very worried about damage to my TV's, I had 4 TV's total, from 55 inches to 85 inches, and they were all cared for and packed with great care. They also took all the beds, computer desks, dining room table, etc apart themselves, we did not have to lift a finger. The delivery went smooth and without issue. The same crew managed by JC, called to confirm their arrival once when they left on the drive and one last time when they were near our new home. They took great care with our home and moving all the furniture to its respective room, put all the furniture together, which again, saved us an incredible amount of effort and time. Overall, would absolutely hire White Lion again, the service was above and beyond what I expected.

    I moved during covid so was very pleased that Jeff could do estimate via FaceTime. I hired White Lion to pack, move, 3 month storage, and then move again. The great part of using White Lion is the excellent service! Specifically, Jennifer was my go to person. Jennifer has a very easygoing personality. Even when I was probably being “boca” demanding, her demeanor was always pleasant and very eager to please. The end result was that my move stayed within estimate range, and the moving crew all 3 days were top notch. Thank you White Lion team!Jeff, Jennifer, Kevin (mover) and team

    Everything went well for the team picking up all of my furniture/belongings. I signed off on what I was supposed to pay in person so I could review the charges. I had my furniture/belongings in storage for a month. I was charged the rest of the quote 3 weeks before they dropped my things off. I called and it was very hard getting a hold of anyone for a few days after noticing the charge. They finally picked up and said we won't charge your card anymore without my knowledge. The week leading up to the move in they charged my card twice for the same price at the start of the month. Editing 11/4/19 I received a phone call from Greg today and spoke with him in length. He remedied the challenges I faced a month ago and tied up loose ends. I really appreciated Greg reaching it out. It shows White Lion cares about what happens in the moving process and will do what they can to fix any wrong doings.
