- CRChristina RochaApr 29, 20253.0the front counter female person was full of rudeness, ignorance, and has no knowledge of your products or prices; does not have customer service skills; talks down on customers, does not greet or acknowledge the customers as you approach the counter. It's pretty sad when you have a person like this representing your company. My husband also saw and heard her treat another customer in front of him with rudeness. The customer spoke spanish and she refused to speak Spanish to him until my husband told the customer the total amount for his paint in Spanish. My husband said the counter girl did speak spanish. She made it difficult for that customer.
